1. Virtual items are a limited license
Coins, diamonds, gifts, VIP features, badges, levels, frames, and similar items are digital features for use inside ChatFeel. They are not money, stored value, deposits, securities, property, or legal tender. They do not earn interest and cannot be redeemed for cash except through official creator or host programs expressly offered by ChatFeel.
2. Purchases and billing
Purchases made through iOS or Android must use Apple App Store or Google Play billing where required. Store billing, taxes, receipts, chargebacks, and refunds may be handled by Apple, Google, or payment providers. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and reviewing purchase details before confirming payment.
3. Refunds
- App Store and Google Play purchases are subject to Apple or Google refund rules and may need to be requested through the store account used for purchase.
- Consumed virtual items, sent gifts, used VIP time, completed creator support, or delivered digital benefits are generally non-refundable unless required by law or platform rules.
- ChatFeel may deny refunds connected to fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, policy violations, or off-platform trading.
- If a purchase fails but you were charged, contact support with your ChatFeel ID, order ID, store receipt, date, amount, and screenshots.
4. Creator, host, agency, and withdrawal programs
Creator rewards, host earnings, agency activity, salary targets, bonuses, commissions, and withdrawals are subject to eligibility, verification, fraud review, account status, local law, payment provider rules, and ChatFeel program settings. We may delay, hold, reverse, or deny payouts if activity appears fraudulent, manipulated, unlawful, or in violation of our policies.
5. Off-platform trading and manipulation
You may not sell, buy, trade, broker, lend, transfer, or advertise ChatFeel accounts, coins, diamonds, gifts, levels, badges, rewards, creator benefits, or withdrawals outside approved ChatFeel systems. Violations may lead to balance removal, payout hold, feature restriction, account suspension, permanent ban, and legal or payment-provider reporting.
