1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use ChatFeel. Children and minors are not allowed to create accounts, join rooms, stream, message, post content, send gifts, or use any ChatFeel feature. By using ChatFeel, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms and that you will follow all applicable laws.
2. Accounts and security
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate account, profile, purchase, creator, and payout information.
- You may not create accounts using false identity information, another person's identity, or automated methods.
- You must accept these Terms and the Community Guidelines before creating, uploading, streaming, posting, or sharing user-generated content.
- You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. User content and license
You keep ownership of content you create or upload, such as profile media, room content, comments, moments, messages, images, video, audio, gifts, and other submissions. You grant ChatFeel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, transmit, moderate, reproduce, adapt for technical formatting, and distribute your content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and protect the service.
You are responsible for having all rights needed to upload, stream, play, or share content, including music, video, images, names, likenesses, and third-party materials.
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not use ChatFeel to:
- Share adult content, nudity, sexual content, pornographic content, exploitative content, or prostitution-related content.
- Use ChatFeel as a dating, hookup, escort, compensated dating, sexual solicitation, or anonymous sexual chat service.
- Exploit, endanger, groom, sexualize, contact, or solicit minors.
- Harass, threaten, bully, dox, blackmail, impersonate, or encourage self-harm or violence.
- Promote hate, terrorism, criminal activity, illegal goods, gambling, scams, fraud, or money laundering.
- Manipulate gifts, coins, diamonds, rankings, referrals, rewards, reviews, or app systems.
- Upload malware, scrape data, reverse engineer, bypass security, abuse APIs, or interfere with the service.
- Use ChatFeel for unauthorized advertising, spam, mass messaging, or misleading promotions.
The Community Guidelines and Safety Policy are part of these Terms.
5. Purchases, virtual items, and creator programs
ChatFeel may offer virtual coins, diamonds, gifts, VIP features, badges, levels, subscriptions, creator rewards, host programs, agency programs, or other paid features. Virtual items are a limited license for use inside ChatFeel. They are not legal tender, bank deposits, stored value, or property, and they cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or redeemed outside official ChatFeel features.
All purchases must use approved platform billing or approved ChatFeel payment flows. Refunds are handled according to the Virtual Items and Refund Policy, Apple App Store rules, Google Play rules, applicable law, and any displayed purchase terms.
6. Verification and safety checks
Some features, including live hosting, creator programs, withdrawals, blue verification, or anti-abuse protections, may require identity checks, face verification, device checks, fraud checks, or manual review. We may deny, restrict, or remove access if verification fails, appears fraudulent, or violates our policies.
7. Enforcement
We may remove content, limit distribution, end live sessions, disable messaging or live features, reverse rewards, hold payouts, suspend accounts, ban accounts, block devices or IP addresses, or report illegal activity when we believe these Terms, our policies, law, or user safety require it. Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent removal.

8. Apple, Google, and third-party services
If you download ChatFeel through Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to that store's rules, billing terms, refund process, and account requirements. Third-party SDKs, payment providers, real-time communication providers, login providers, and cloud providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
ChatFeel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, user behavior, creator earnings, ranking results, gift value, or availability of any feature. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ChatFeel and CF Technology Group Ltd are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as ChatFeel changes. The updated version will show a new date. Continued use of ChatFeel after changes means you accept the updated Terms where allowed by law.
