1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use ChatFeel. Children and minors are not allowed to create accounts, join rooms, stream, message, post content, send gifts, or use any ChatFeel feature. By using ChatFeel, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms and that you will follow all applicable laws.
2. Accounts and security
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate account, profile, purchase, creator, and payout information.
- You may not create accounts using false identity information, another person's identity, or automated methods.
- You must accept these Terms and the Community Guidelines before creating, uploading, streaming, posting, or sharing user-generated content.
- You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. User content and license
You keep ownership of content you create or upload, such as profile media, room content, comments, moments, messages, images, video, audio, gifts, and other submissions. You grant ChatFeel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, transmit, moderate, reproduce, adapt for technical formatting, and distribute your content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and protect the service.
You are responsible for having all rights needed to upload, stream, play, or share content, including music, video, images, names, likenesses, and third-party materials.
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not use ChatFeel to:
- Share adult content, nudity, sexual content, pornographic content, exploitative content, or prostitution-related content.
- Use ChatFeel as a dating, hookup, escort, compensated dating, sexual solicitation, or anonymous sexual chat service.
- Exploit, endanger, groom, sexualize, contact, or solicit minors.
- Harass, threaten, bully, dox, blackmail, impersonate, or encourage self-harm or violence.
- Promote hate, terrorism, criminal activity, illegal goods, gambling, scams, fraud, or money laundering.
- Manipulate gifts, coins, diamonds, rankings, referrals, rewards, reviews, or app systems.
- Upload malware, scrape data, reverse engineer, bypass security, abuse APIs, or interfere with the service.
- Use ChatFeel for unauthorized advertising, spam, mass messaging, or misleading promotions.
The Community Guidelines and Safety Policy are part of these Terms.
5. Purchases, virtual items, and creator programs
ChatFeel may offer virtual coins, diamonds, gifts, VIP features, badges, levels, subscriptions, creator rewards, host programs, agency programs, or other paid features. Virtual items are a limited license for use inside ChatFeel. They are not legal tender, bank deposits, stored value, or property, and they cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or redeemed outside official ChatFeel features.
All purchases must use approved platform billing or approved ChatFeel payment flows. Refunds are handled according to the Virtual Items and Refund Policy, Apple App Store rules, Google Play rules, applicable law, and any displayed purchase terms.
6. Entertainment features and virtual economy
ChatFeel offers in-app entertainment features including lucky gifts, PK battles, gift rankings, and room events. These features are designed for social entertainment purposes only and are not gambling products, lotteries, or wagering services.
- Lucky gifts are a social gifting entertainment feature. When a user sends a lucky gift, a server-determined multiplier applies a bonus reward in virtual coins or diamonds. Lucky gifts are a form of social entertainment between users; no real money is won or distributed directly through the gift mechanic. Outcomes are determined by ChatFeel's servers as an entertainment function.
- Virtual coins and diamonds used in entertainment features are purchased as in-app digital content and are not legal tender, property, or financial instruments. They have no cash value outside official ChatFeel creator programs and cannot be redeemed except through ChatFeel's approved host and creator withdrawal programs.
- PK battles are competitive live streaming events for entertainment. Any diamond awards from PK battles are part of the live room gifting experience and are not gambling winnings.
- ChatFeel does not operate as a licensed gambling, lottery, or wagering service. Users who are not comfortable with entertainment randomization features may choose not to use lucky gift functions.
7. Verification and safety checks
Some features, including live hosting, creator programs, withdrawals, blue verification, or anti-abuse protections, may require identity checks, face verification, device checks, fraud checks, or manual review. We may deny, restrict, or remove access if verification fails, appears fraudulent, or violates our policies.
8. Enforcement
We may remove content, limit distribution, end live sessions, disable messaging or live features, reverse rewards, hold payouts, suspend accounts, ban accounts, block devices or IP addresses, or report illegal activity when we believe these Terms, our policies, law, or user safety require it. Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent removal.

9. Copyright and intellectual property (DMCA)
ChatFeel respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on ChatFeel infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our designated agent at [email protected] with the subject line "Copyright Infringement Notice" and including:
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- A description of the infringing material and its location on ChatFeel (e.g., room name, profile link, date).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will investigate valid notices and may remove or disable access to the claimed infringing content. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated. Counter-notices may be submitted to the same address if you believe content was removed in error.
10. Apple, Google, and third-party services
If you download ChatFeel through Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to that store's rules, billing terms, refund process, and account requirements. Third-party SDKs, payment providers, real-time communication providers, login providers, and cloud providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
ChatFeel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, user behavior, creator earnings, ranking results, gift value, or availability of any feature. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ChatFeel and CF Technology Group Ltd are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. If you have a dispute with ChatFeel, please contact us at [email protected] first so we can try to resolve it informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms as ChatFeel changes. The updated version will show a new date. Continued use of ChatFeel after changes means you accept the updated Terms where allowed by law.
