1. Respect other people
ChatFeel is built for live social interaction. You may disagree, leave, mute, or block, but you may not harass, threaten, shame, blackmail, stalk, dox, or intimidate other users.
2. Content that is not allowed
- Adult content, sexual content, pornographic content, explicit content, exploitative content, prostitution-related content, or hookup-service content.
- Nudity or sexualized content involving real people, cartoons, avatars, edited media, profile photos, live streams, moments, messages, or room covers.
- Sexual solicitation, compensated dating, escort services, "sugar dating," sexual roleplay, or content designed to move users into sexual services outside the app.
- Non-consensual sexual content, hidden-camera content, creepshots, sexual deepfakes, sexual blackmail, or threats to expose private images.
- Violence, threats, weapons promotion, self-harm encouragement, gore, animal abuse, or dangerous challenges.
- Hate speech, discrimination, slurs, dehumanization, or attacks on protected groups.
- Bullying, humiliation, non-consensual recordings, private images, private messages, or private personal information.
- Illegal goods, drugs, gambling, scams, fake investment opportunities, money laundering, or payment fraud.
- Impersonation, fake verification, misleading identity, fake support accounts, or false platform claims.
- Spam, mass invitations, engagement manipulation, fake followers, fake gifts, fake reviews, or system abuse.
- Copyright or trademark infringement, including music, video, images, or brand assets you do not have rights to use.
3. Live room rules
- Hosts and guests must follow these Guidelines at all times while live.
- Do not use camera angles, clothing, gestures, room titles, gifts, stickers, or comments to imply nudity, sexual services, or adult content.
- Do not pressure users to send gifts, money, private images, off-platform contact details, or payment information.
- Room owners and hosts should remove unsafe guests, mute abusive speakers, and report serious violations.
- ChatFeel may end live sessions immediately when safety, fraud, nudity, sexual content, or child-safety risk is detected.
4. Minors and child safety
ChatFeel is only for users 18 and older. Children and minors cannot use ChatFeel, create accounts, join rooms, stream, message, post content, or send gifts. Content or behavior that exploits, endangers, sexualizes, grooms, contacts, or solicits minors is prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities. If you believe a minor is on ChatFeel, report it in the app or email [email protected].
5. Gifts, rewards, and creator conduct
Creators, hosts, agencies, resellers, and users must not manipulate virtual items, rewards, rankings, referrals, withdrawals, receipts, chargebacks, or payout programs. Off-platform trading of coins, diamonds, gifts, accounts, levels, badges, or rewards is not allowed unless ChatFeel expressly authorizes it in writing.
6. Moderation actions
We may remove content, limit reach, warn users, remove room seats, end live sessions, restrict hosting, remove verification, reverse rewards, hold payouts, suspend accounts, permanently ban accounts, or block devices and IP addresses. Repeated violations can increase enforcement severity.
7. Reports and appeals
Use in-app reporting when possible. Reports should be available for profiles, rooms, messages, moments, and other user-generated content. Include the profile, room, message, date, screenshots, and a short explanation. If you cannot report in the app, email [email protected]. Users may appeal enforcement decisions, but submitting false reports or abusive appeals may itself violate these Guidelines.
