1. User safety tools
- Report: users can report profiles, rooms, messages, moments, and other activity for review.
- Block: users can block abusive accounts to reduce unwanted interaction, including one-to-one interactions.
- Mute and leave: users can mute audio/video where supported and leave unsafe rooms.
- Host controls: room owners and hosts may remove seats, mute speakers, end unsafe rooms, and report violations.
- Support contact: users can email [email protected] if in-app reporting is unavailable.
2. User-generated content moderation
ChatFeel combines user reports, host controls, account restrictions, automated checks, and manual review to reduce abuse. ChatFeel is 18+ only, children cannot use the app, and adult content, nudity, pornography, sexual services, or sexually explicit content are prohibited. We may review public and reported content, room activity, account signals, device or IP signals, gift activity, and verification records to enforce safety rules.
Content that violates the Community Guidelines may be removed. Accounts may be restricted or banned. Serious safety issues may be escalated to service partners, payment partners, or legal authorities where appropriate.
3. Live streaming moderation
Live rooms and video streams are treated as high-risk user-generated content because unsafe behavior can happen in real time. ChatFeel may use user reports, host controls, automated signals, verification checks, face-presence checks, account history, gift activity, device signals, and manual review to identify violations.
When a live stream appears to involve nudity, sexual content, child-safety risk, threats, scams, fraud, or other serious abuse, ChatFeel may end the stream, remove users from the room, restrict live access, suspend the account, preserve relevant safety records, and escalate the issue where appropriate.
4. Face verification and host safety
Some live hosting and verification features may use document images, live selfie images, face embeddings, and on-device face presence checks. These are used to reduce impersonation, duplicate verified accounts, host abuse, and unsafe live sessions. They are not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
If the app cannot confirm required host presence or verification, it may warn the host, add violation points, end a live session, restrict hosting, or require review.
5. Child safety
ChatFeel has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualization of minors, solicitation of minors, or attempts to move minors to other platforms. Users must be 18 or older. Accounts suspected to belong to minors may be removed, and serious child-safety reports may be escalated to appropriate authorities or safety partners.
6. Urgent safety issues
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. For urgent ChatFeel safety issues, email [email protected] with "Urgent Safety" in the subject and include account IDs, room names, dates, screenshots, and a short description.
7. Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was a mistake, contact support with your ChatFeel ID, the enforcement message, relevant screenshots, and a clear explanation. We may uphold, modify, or reverse an action after review. Some decisions involving severe abuse, fraud, child safety, legal requests, or payment risk may be final.
